“I'm really happy with this Socrates bust. It is a relatively unique representation of Socrates, as it represents him at an age somewhat older than most other busts. Additionally, the color and polish give it a sense of class that would compliment a large number of sophisticated interiors. There's no questioning that the bust has been sculpted by an artist with considerable skill. I would also say it is great value for money, considering it is hand made. The bust was packaged very competently into a box with considerable protective material. The package was sent out very shortly after I purchased it, and it arrived within an entirely appropriate amount of time. Overall, I recommend this item highly.”

“What a unique and beautiful sculpture. To have a bust of one of our greatest thinkers is one thing; to have an original and genuine work of art is another. To me, this captures not only the weight of the world on its subject, but his defiant humor in spite of it; and it's somehow both realistic and yet at the same time a caricature. Waiga's sculptures taper artfully to a handsome but unobtrusive base that presents no quotes or other identifying features - it lets the figure speak for itself. The artist was great to deal with and delivered the bust promptly and very nicely. Couldn't be happier with this purchase and product - can't wait for Waiga to create more.”

“Good morning, André! All right? I received the bust yesterday. My friend...! IN-CRE-DI-BLE! Your work is beautiful! The piece is very tasteful: design, lines, material, care with the packaging. Everything, everything, everything very cool! I attached two photos of my father contemplating his art. He was curious about the material. He said it is more beautiful and thinner than pure bronze. I agree with him. The "matte", semi-matte finish gave a very special touch. I will tell my friends :-) I also attached a photo of the bust in my office at the university. Curiosity: the clay bust that also appears in the image is a self-portrait of my father made by himself a few years ago. Huge satisfaction to meet you and be grateful for your work! Big hug! Vitor.”
